After reading other reviews I was skeptical but my experience was great! Customer service was great and friendly.
Slice was bigger than my head and piping hot. I walked in and was out within a couple minutes which is something I greatly appreciate.

Ordered the BBQ pizza. Some type of yellow mustard sauce was drizzled over the top of the pizza. Certainly not BBQ!Recommend you avoid this one!

I am so sorry to say this. But we were very excited for this franchise and love Sal's generally. However, in the handful of orders so far from this location, we have had issues with wrong orders, hair in pizza, sandy vegetables and an occasion where the business never refunded our card, as promised.Peace and love-

Best pizza in the area. Light crust, heavy toppings, savory sauce. No one else has it. Delivery time needs work though.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan requested no cheese on half- no problem.

Whether I stop with my husband for a quick slice or order takeout for our family of 6 Sals is a favorite. From the young ladies in the front and the gentlemen cooking in the back Sal’s staff is amazing, polite and, always genuinely kind. We’ve been eating at Sals for almost a year now and the pizza is always fresh, the antipasto is always loaded and the subs are a favorite and soooo good! The place is always clean, and the food is always made with passion. We live in Governors club and Sals is right outside the main gate and that’s a huge plus!

The order was incorrect, pickup order services was not very good. The person that helped with pickup was unfriendly and acted like they were bothered by me asking for my order.

Sal’s Pizza is a good spot to pick up a quick dinner. There are no places to eat indoors, and there are a couple of picnic tables outside. The indoor area is very clean, making us feel good about ordering from here! We got the Mediterranean pizza and a pasta with chicken. Each entree was about $20. Both entrees were large portions, and we both had enough for lunch the next day. It wasn’t the best food we’ve ever had, but it was nice to be able to get a fresh, quick meal. The front desk team member is very professional and made us feel welcomed on our first visit here. We’ll visit again and try more menu items.

Just had a terrible experience at this pizza joint. Walked in, first thing I saw was one of the two counter gals sitting on the floor just behind the counter, texting away on her phone. The other gal checked on my order and told me it would be another 5 minutes. Both gals continued to laugh, talk and not even look up from their phones. About 10 more minutes elapsed, with several customers coming in and leaving with their orders, including one gentleman who, about 5 minutes later, came back in with a pizza box and informed the counter gals that it was not his pizza. One of the gals took the box to the kitchen area, spoke with the pizza maker, then walked back upfront to say “Larry, here’s your order”. I said no way I was gonna accept a pizza that had already left the store, for just shy of 10 minutes, and then returned, due to their carelessness. I asked for a new pizza to be made, which I carefully watched being prepared. Apologies followed, but no offer to comp my order.My advice to others…check the contents of your pizza box before leaving the store, because the store personnel certainly don’t.My advice to Sal’s…prohibit personal phone use by your counter personnel. Hire professional, customer-oriented personnel, not young people who don’t give a damn. Take care of your customers, it’s the only reason you have this job.
