Custumer service is nice, but be very careful if you only order a coffee cup and something to eat to take home, the punch they give you will be well packaged but completely out of balance, causing a great risk of the bag tipping over while you are driving. I'm a delivery person and this causes a lot of inconvenience.

Many folks like Starbucks. I'm personally not a fan. I think they're overpriced, and burn their coffee beans (an option not shared by all). However, good, friendly service from baristas.
