Ordered online at this location multiple times and almost every single time they've gotten it wrong, many times they haven't added anything request (i.e. extra syrup, toppings) and I NEVER get it. Not unless I stand and wait for them to remake it. Additionally I have gotten multiple HOT drinks iced.

25 minutes since I ordered online and still no sign of my drink. I count 19(!) people waiting in a circle around the pickup counter.
Edit: 36 minutes was the total wait time! One coffee drink & 2 food items. Wish Starbucks would prioritize small orders over massive orders for people with a thousand kids. Why are your kids drinking Starbucks anyway??

Young woman behind the counter was more interested in talking about her boyfriend with another employee than concentrating on my order (which she got wrong). After she straightened it out (and a very long wait) the coffee was still delicious.

If you want to ruin your day, come start it here with a cup of coffee. A simple order of 1 coffee took 35 minutes of waiting inside the grocery store. The hot coffee was served in their transparent plastic cup! At one point, there were 25 people waiting for their morning coffee. I wonder how many of them were late to wherever they were heading to.
Karen and Veronica took their time. They had no help there, and they clearly were overwhelmed today.
I rarely use this location, and each time I do, I promise myself it was the last time. Well, today, a new record was broken.

Ordered for pick up Out of town they don’t know how to make a frappe, nothing but chunks of ice not blended in drink! Every sip was chunk of ice down my throat! A a waste of 6.00 couldn’t take back short on travel time
I almost never come to this Starbucks because it is consistently disappointing.
This one is always really disorganized and almost dirty looking. Nothing is being cleaned between customers. Stale steamed milk and food product all over the counters.... Today I went in with a gift card and halfway through my ordering, the barista handed the cashier her cell phone, as she had been on it while she was mixing beverages, and the girl taking my order just walked away on the phone. Absolutely no level of attempted feigned customer service attempts or apology for being rude... Nothing. Then it took forever to get my order because the two females working couldn't stop gossiping about personal things long enough to make a hot chocolate and a latte.
It is such a bummer that this is the only Starbucks in the entire county, and this is the representation that they chose to go with.

I ordered a venti iced mactha tea latte with carmel drizzle and vanilla sweet cold foam. they didnt get my order correct, gave me a whole different drink. my drink wasnt even being prepared, lost my order and took 30 minutes to make it correctly. ridiculous.
