Food and service are great, but the drink lines have a very mildewy taste to them
Server was super nice and helpful!
My day started at 6:30am, I woke up and drove an hour for a doctor appointment at 8am. Was back home by 9am and worked an 10 hour day. My husband had given our puppy a medication towards the end of the day and he had a really bad reaction to it so we decided to rush him to the closest emergency vet which was about an hour away in Chapel Hill. I promise I’m getting there lol. After 2.5 hours and $900 spent that I couldn’t really afford but did, we left the vet with a still sick puppy and feeling defeated and hungry. We got into my car and I said to my husband, Taco Bell sounds good. And he said he was thinking the exact same thing. So I tried to find one close by since we had about 30 minutes until they closed. I pulled up to the drive thru around 11:45pm fulling expecting to get turned away. A friendly voice came over the speaker and took my order. What a relief. The young man who took our order could not have been nicer. The young man at the window could not have been nicer. It took a few minutes for our food to be ready and the young man apologized for the wait and he said he just wanted the food to be hot / made fresh for us. These young people had no idea what kind of day we had just had and to do something like that for us when they were trying to close (it’s Monday night at midnight for Gods sake, I wouldn’t have blamed them) was really appreciated and I felt like telling everyone. Thank you so much! I hope you all get a raise
Clearly asked for a CHEESE quesadilla and they feed us a chicken quesadilla for a vegetarian, even after we specified that it had to be chicken
The tacos didn't really have hardly in meat in them and in usually spend well around 20 dollars here I would expect for there to be a decent amount of meat inside of my taco not just veggies
My favorite guessing game of what ingredients I'll get on my nachos each time lol as long as there's no meat I'm happy. The people are nice, food is hot, and I mean- it's worth the wage their paid so I'll keep getting my silly little nachos
Placed online order, went in 1 minute later ..ghost town..NO ONE in there but got a text my order was being made..?? so I left. Maybe the 2 guys that were outside was making it while they were smoking LMFAO 🤷♂️ This location is a joke.
Lots of staff this visit, quick service, pleasant cashier, and out the door. Good job!
Waited 45 minutes for an online order.
Staff looked stoned and management was no where to be found.
Employees are all “on something”… which would be fine IF THEY MADE THE FOOD ON TIME.

Very rude to customers and wild lie to there face but there semmed to be one nice manager who wasent goofing off
I just put down the biggest stacker I've ever seen made my Dylan, Alex, and Aaron. Holy frickin crap that thang busting with meat.
Slow fast food ever... there are not enough personal... that and better training should be the goal. And if you are picking up... forget it...
The staff was friendly and the food was good, but they keep shorting us. Tonight we had a simple order for only two people and it wasn't busy, but they still forgot my chips and cheese sauce I ordered as part of my combo meal. It would be nice if I could get the food I ordered reliably.
the most magical place on earth. i saw god when i heard two voices come out of the speaker.
the staff here could give me the wrong food and id thank them for it, throw in an extra tip, and drive off a bridge
