Ffs my hard shell tacos were crushed in the bag they were 90% sour cream the meat was completely soaked. My chalupa was stone hard had like 5 pieces of chicken 80% lettuce and tomato. They forgot my churros. The only good thing were the sauces cuz they didn’t prepare it
This place is awful. I don’t ever leave reviews on anything but I just wanted to leave one here to inform people not to even try with this place. They have gotten my order wrong just about every time I’ve been here and it took 30 minutes for an order tonight. I cancelled my order and got a refund so it would’ve probably been an hour if I actually got my food. There were 3 people working and the guy working was in the bathroom for half of the time doing who the hell knows what. The parking lot was full with drive thru customers that were asked to wait, while the employees were trying to figure out how to work the cash register for refunding all of the customers inside that had waited 30+ minutes for a taco. This place really needs some help. Worst restaurant/fast food service I think I have ever seen and it’s every time I go here.

I broke my diet to come here, because all I wanted was a cheesy gordita crunch. With a Dorito show and I hadn’t eaten much at all today anyway. This place used to really suck and then it got better for a little while but it’s definitely back to sucking. I got about a tablespoon worth of meat Gross lettuce and barely enough to fill The bottom of my shell

I ordered the black bean salad but was disappointed because there were hardly any black beans in it. All rice, I needed some protein. The only sauce they said they had for it was very hot and spicy so I couldn’t do that. I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet. If I hadn’t looked in the bag, I would have not had any silverware. I went thru the drive through and it looked to me like the person taking orders and handing out food could have used more help. I wanted to ask her some questions but she was busy taking the next person’s order.

I love taco bell and go to many of them. This one was notably bad with stale tortillas and improperly constituted beans.

Taco Bell has gone from mediocre to, sadly, very, very poor. Every remotely fresh ingredient has been removed from the menu. They're so called "food" is barely edible... I can't believe I actually spent twelve dollars here.

The food quality is good but the ordering process is painful. The new cashier person is not the sharpest tool in the shed and it takes about ten minutes to make sure she knows what order she’s putting in the computer and if still comes out wrong. Money is tight everywhere and even fast food is valuable. It’s nice to just be able to speak to someone with enough capable thought to do a simple task.
