I don’t know if the store is closing down or something but it never seemed to be open despite what the hours of operation says.Word of advice, either change your hours of operation or just close it up, stop giving your customer empty promises.

Worst experience ever! I paid 8 dollars for a small iced latte and then was told that they have no lids for their cups. I ended up spilling the coffee all over my shirt. Won’t be going back there.
Really cute space that serves great coffee, nice place to work or just relax.
The space was cute, service friendly. But I could hardly drink my mocha and nether could my partner. The barista must have put in too much of the flavoring because we couldn’t drink it. Reminded me of mixing sheets coffee with hot coco. Might try again in hopes this was an off day.
no vegan options (only oat milk), mediocre looking pastries, coffee was fine, tea menu was missing, simple/kind of outdated decor, rentable rooms
Wheelchair accessibility: no stairs and wide halls
I have never been here before and it’s a nice quiet place and great way to get coffee without worrying about dairy being in my cofee
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to eggs and cows milk so it’s nice to be able to have cofee without worrying about cross contamination
Great coffee shop and great coffee! Limited space for laptop work, but plenty of couches and chairs for conversations.

I got an iced Americano. I’d say it’s among the best in Chapel Hill. The taste is quite right, the service was warm, and the price is reasonable.
Full disclosure, I work here... But I have been working in coffee shops for just over a decade and as far as shops go, this one is top-notch! The coffee is great; the pastries are delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic for working or just hanging out. I am a photographer part-time and I would've loved coming to a shop like this to edit my photos or meet with clients.
Vegetarian options: All the food options are vegetarian.
The computer didn't have the swipe option for my Visa Debit Gift Card, I tried manually typing it in to no success. Due to the trouble, I was going to pay with a different account, so Anaies treated me to the Campfire Latte. Also, discovered The Poplar Cafe last year. It's such a cozy well spaced place for the colder months!
Wow oh wow very comfortable place and the barista was awesome.
This place is sick! I’m a grad student and got tired of studying with the undergrads surrounding me in every coffee shop downtown. I found this place and love it! They have separate rooms that I can study in and on top of that they have great food and coffee. I stick around for a few hours at a time. The employees are great as well! Compared to other places, they have good attitudes and actually seem like they don’t hate their jobs ?
