The pizza is a little better than Dominos but not by far. The thing that concerns me is the employee scratching her hair as she's putting toppings on my pizza with no gloves. I also ordered on a holiday once and I was unaware they closed. I placed my order online and waited about 2 hours. The next day I was told I would be given a refund and that never happened. They completely forgot about me.

Decent late night crud food with the worest customer service. One driver didn't bring enough money so I ended up giving them a 8 dollar top when I wanted to give 4 (on a 12 dollar order). They didn't even offer to go back to the store. When I got the pizza, all the topings and and cheese had fallen off one side of the pizza as if the box had been tilted on it's side and when I called to complain they said it was the fact that I ordered a thin crust pizza. Not a good experience.

Can't seem to get a coherent individual on the phone. Thank God I was able to extrapolate an emergency bag of jalapeí±o Cheesy Poofs.

Please see pictures below for my review. My review exceeded the maximum characters and I wanted as least details as I could left out. A horrible, horrible experience. It had me to tears, I was so pissed off and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone else as long as they have managers who are supposed to be the ones fixing issues but starting the issues and having no regard for the customer or there situation or feelings!

The customer service is horrible. Called for a delivery and the person on the phone was not clear and mumbled everything out. There was a 50% off deal for my apartment complex and everything I ordered was $27, so my total should have been $13.50. But when I received my order, it was $18, and that's without the delivery fee and tax. The receipt isn't even itemized. I called back to clarify what was up with the price and inquired about the cost of each item, and the person on the phone gave me half-assed answers. She didn't even know the menu prices and blamed everything on the previous phone person. 3 stars only because food is decent and the delivery driver was so nice! They could work on the phone customer service. Wouldn't want to get cheated out of your money here.

This place is definitely better than the nationwide chains for pizza though they don't seem to have all their procedures and protocol down that would keep it running smoother. The website for ordering is hit or miss and I've had several times it didn't go through and I've had to call an hour later wondering where my pizza was. Delivery takes about an hour but I would love to be more in the loop about where we are in the process. Drivers have all been nice though I've been unimpressed with the staff that answer the phone. They have a devil may care attitude and don't seem very with it or particularly pleasant for that matter. The pizza itself is quite good though I haven't really liked any of their specialty pizzas. They are very creative with their toppings but don't even have Canadian bacon as a topping which most pizzas have available. Prices are a little high for pizza without a special or coupon so I normally order on Tuesdays when they have a BOGO deal. Like today. Just might have to.

This is a late review because I attempted to speak to corporate and never got a response back. My Co-worker and I ordered from Toppers on New Years Eve at 0140, we knew it would be busy and there would be a wait, but we were okay with that. We had over four hours left at work and were hungry. At around 0315 my co-worker called Toppers and asked if the pizza was on its way since we know they close at 330, she was assured it was. At 0358 we got a call from the delivery driver asking us if we actually wanted the food we ordered at 0140 “cause it has been a madhouse and she should already be home by now.” My co-worker advised her we did want the food we ordered, and the driver said she would be there shortly. Approximately 10 minutes later the driver shows up and tells us the only item she has from our order is Cinnasticks. After discussing it with the driver we were not given any of the items we ordered and were told to call the store for a refund. When the delivery driver was leaving she stated “Ya'll don't get too hungry.” Upon calling the store a male picked up the phone and stated “We are sorry but we are closed right now.” When my co-worker asked to speak to a manager she was hung up on. When she tried to call back, the phone rang several times, then it appeared that someone picked up the phone and hung it up. We then had to have a friend (that was kind enough to go to the store for us) make sure we got our refund. I understand that it is New Years Eve and things can get a little chaotic however, there is no need for such poor quality of customer service. We were nothing but patient and understanding and when we were trying to correct the issue we were treated poorly and hung up on. This was going to be my first time ordering from Toppers as I am new to the area and I will not be ordering from there again. This lack of customer service is absurd.

The pizza was so dry it tasted like cheesy bread. We ordered the pan terrible no sauce at all.... I understand now that you are famous for dipping sauce, but if I order none at least but some on my pizza.

Just don't! Really! They we ok when they first moved here, new management and staff now. Disgusting product, cold, literally dropped on my patio, 45min late. Never again. You'll pass out before they even show up with a sorry a** excuse for a pizza. #GROSS

Everytime I order pizza from here it take forever to get here. When I call them one the status of my order they get an attitude. I love the pizza but there delivery service is horrible.

I ordered the "classic" pizza and it was worst pizza I ever had. It had very little cheese, way under cooked pizza, and toppings where crunchy and half dollar sized or bigger. Dough was chewy. I really only bought it cause it was 3am and nothing else delivers that late. I will never make that mistake again.

Don't expect to get what you order. I ordered $30+ of food (including a $5 tip) but didn't receive the entire order. I called immediately and asked for the rest of my order. The driver returned WITH THE WRONG PRODUCT. rule number one: if you screw it up the first time, be sure to get it right the second time, otherwise you are either a moron or, you don't give a crap. In this case I think toppers does not give a crap.

I take issue with the fact that Toppers Pizza refused to give me a water cup at 1:15 AM despite the North Carolina Law that legally requires them to provide me with water. This is a prime destination for drunk college kids, and that Toppers is declining to give out water cups because they don't want to deal with the "hassle" of it is wrong and downright dangerous. Chapel Hill is a college town full of businesses who are invested in the university and those associated with it, and the fact that Toppers is defying this standard is unacceptable.
