The customer service is horrible. Called for a delivery and the person on the phone was not clear and mumbled everything out. There was a 50% off deal for my apartment complex and everything I ordered was $27, so my total should have been $13.50. But when I received my order, it was $18, and that's without the delivery fee and tax. The receipt isn't even itemized.
