Definitely one of those places that you walk in and it has a homey feel with super friendly people and staff. The food was delicious and I am probably going to be coming back every week to try a different thing on the menu. Good price and good food.

My staff and I wanted soul food today and we found Walts Grill!!! The food is absolutely amazing and tasteful... The owners were so friendly... Atmosphere made me feel like being at home waiting on a home cook meal from my mom!!! I will be eating here more often... I'm trying everything!!!

We made our first visit to Walt's Grill yesterday and we really enjoyed our visit!I had the smothered pork chops, fried okra, and macaroni & cheese. Everything was full of flavor and very enjoyable.Mr. Walt found it hard to believe we had traveled all the way from our town to Chapel Hill just to visit his restaurant but we were talking the truth! We don't get to the Chapel Hill/Carrsboro area very often, but we like to find great eating spots along the way for those times we do find ourselves near those areas. We will definitely be back and look forward to talking with Mr. Walt, again!
