My friend and I used to have lunch here before Panthers games. Food was good and service was efficient. My wife and I had dinner there Saturday night. The place has gone downhill - neither of those things were true. There were a couple of highlights - the Cadillac Margarita with the Grand Marnier pour was one of the best ever. And the chicken enchiladas verde were OK. The other food was a fail. Even the guacamole (advertised as made tableside but slapped together in the kitchen) was out of balance. Uneven and way too much lime. Service was slow (even though the place was almost empty) but pleasant.

I’ve been patronizing this restaurant since 2012 and have never had an experience like tonight, 4/2/24. My son and I visited and there were only 4 tables seated inside and one outside. After standing at the hostess stand for 2 min, the bartender finally acknowledged us and said someone would be there to help us. A young lady walks up and asks how many and I say two and ask if we can sit outside. She says sure, sit wherever you like. 5 min pass and she never comes out with the menus and silverware she picked up while talking to me so I walk in and grab it off the hostess stand. Another 5 minutes pass and a lady brings us chips and salsa. 10 min later, a group of six white men and women walk in for a table and sit outside across from us. They are immediately served salsa and given waters. 20 min and we’ve not been greeted and don’t have any water. I say loudly, we’ve been sitting here over 10 min and no one has greeted us. Her and another server go back and forth IN FRONT OF ME about who is going to wait on me and my son. Then they asked who sat me outside? I’m like what??? Someone at the hostess stand said we could sit outside and someone would be with us. They still bickered and finally one said no one knew I was there, which was a LIE because both waitresses walked past me sitting BESIDE the door several times and put their head down! By this time I’m so upset and am trying to remain calm for my son. She takes my order and 5 min later, still no beverages. I tell my son we have to go and we leave. I’m utterly disgusted by the two waitresses behavior and how poorly my son and I were treated and how no one wanted to serve us. Over 10 years a patron and I’ll never give these people my money again. Racists!

Excellent, consistently prepared food. The service is always top-notch. Reylene, Raffaella, and Karen are notably excellent, and very sociable, and create a very positive atmosphere. The bar is also a nice place to hang out for a drink, Luchadore is a great beer :)

94.5 sanitation rating. Ordered corn tortillas with menu item. Received flour. I had to walk back to waitress area halfway into my meal to let her know tortillas were wrong. 5 minutes later, I I still had time go remind server a second time. There were only two tables seated in entire restaurant. When I approached Server then said my wife ordered flour. When I approached her the 3 rd time she said " the kitchen didn't listen to her. She lied. Service terrible. Waitress didn't even offer to comp something for us. On the Final tab they charged us for an "extra" tortillas order, and I had to remind that we would not pay for wrong item. Don't bother to frequent this place.

Our first time here and we will be back. The most wonderful service with a smile from the fantastic Daniela, with additional kudos to swift arrival of tasty food. I got the taco salad and the hubby loved his arroz con pollo. The patio was a perfect place to end a busy week - great ambiance!

Have been to this restaurant a few times and always enjoyed it. Today not so much. A friend and I arrived around 4pm so not too busy. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay, that was on the menu and the server came back and said they only sell the wine by the bottle. So I asked why does it show "by the glass" on the menu? She replied because the menu is old!! Really? Not hard to fix. She was very slow when we requested more water/napkins etc. also we were never given chips and salsa or asked if we wanted them. It was not very busy at this time of day so I would hate to see how the service is if they are busy. Very disappointed.

The food is top tier. I always get the chicken fajitas lunch special. Comes out so fast too! And Rafaela was a lovely server!
Went with a group of around 12 people. Service was kinda slow. We ordered guac which they advertise as made table side. That didn't happen. And the server asked us to taste it bcz she was allergic to lime. We told her it was OK but it was pretty salty. Which was not altogether bad since the steak in my carnitas tacos was pretty tasteless. They only have tequila, beer and wine so not much of a choice if you're like me and don't do tequila. At the end, the server went to each of us to ask what we had ordered so she could make individual checks for us all. Strange since it was the same person who took orders and brought our meals. I'm looking for another Taco Tuesday spot.

As a Hispanic, very disappointed in a place that could not produce a good rice. I sat and ate a quesadilla that I’m my opinon was not better than a fast food place. I find it offensive there is a gringo combo section on the menu and can tell this place extremely lacks culture.
