31 flavors soul food kitchen

I ordered through DoorDash so I can’t speak on customer service however, my food was great. Bbq backed chicken fell off the bone, yams are YAMMINN, greens had great flavoring. The macaroni was a bit dry and that’s my only complaint. Banana pudding was TOO good!

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and the food was definitely packaged well. The sides were really good but the chicken was overly salty. Perfectly fried but the taste was a little overwhelming...I'll try them out again and choose something different.

I ordered food from here and the food was absolutely terrible. I have never had such bland food in my life. It had no taste, no seasoning, no flavor. Smells are deceiving.

The food Looks Great!! The chicken wings are well fried and crispy but nothing has flavor. I thought i had gotten covid again until i bit into the honey cornbread muffin. The muffin is the only thing i can give a star to bc the rest of it just looked good. Tasted like pure dissapointment. I mean no salt, pepper or nothing. Has potential though.

Mediocre soul food. Greens way to salty! Mac n cheese had a nasty after taste and.the turkey wings was ok. Def not worth the price!!!

I had a bad experience they make you order outside so you don’t kno where your food coming from. Dude mess my order up . They can never get my money again .

The guy who brought my food to my car was rude. The food is good but they need to work on customer service.

I'm from the south and this is some of the worse soul food I've eaten. Chicken was fried too hard and very salty. And I don't know who the guy is that brings the food out, but he is very rude and arrogant. I won't be back.FYI - since you are operating a business in the south, a little southern hospitality would improve your bad customer service

I want to start by saying I'm pained writing this review because the food is delicious. This is my second time ordering room this restaurant via door dash and my last experience was amazing. Today was frustrating and disappointing. When my food arrived, I was super excited to dig in. I decided to try the funnel cake fries with strawberry sauce this time. When I unpacked my food, I noticed the funnel cake fries were sitting in a pool of strawberry sauce. I was a little annoyed by it, but the food was amazing so no big deal. I called the restaurant to tell them that I love their food, but to consider a different way to package the strawberry sauce so the fries don't get soggy. When I called, I asked for the manager and the man who answered asked me what it was in regards to. I told him I just would like to speak to the manager or owner. He asked me again why I wanted to speak with him. Now, I'm annoyed. I asked him why I needed to explain to him why I want to speak with the manager. Then he tells me he isn't there. So I asked when he would be available. He said to call back Monday. About 5 minutes later, my phone rings and the man who answered asks me hiw he can help. I explain what happened on the last call and before I can even finish, he stars cutting me off. He asked me if I knew where their restaurant was located...What does that have to do what my concern...Absolutely nothing. Then he puts me on hold for about 2 minutes and I hung up.

I will never spend my money with this place again. You should be careful who you let answer your phones, and how your employees address customers. What started out as a glowing review with a small piece of constructive criticism turned into the end of a customer/business relationship.
