I ordered through DoorDash so I can’t speak on customer service however, my food was great. Bbq backed chicken fell off the bone, yams are YAMMINN, greens had great flavoring. The macaroni was a bit dry and that’s my only complaint. Banana pudding was TOO good!
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and the food was definitely packaged well. The sides were really good but the chicken was overly salty. Perfectly fried but the taste was a little overwhelming...I'll try them out again and choose something different.
Catered from 31 Flavors and loved it! I chose to do pick up, and the food was well packaged, so no car spills. The food was absolutely delicious, and the owner was very professional and easy to work with. I can't wait to go back to try more.
