Stayed at the hotel and it was lovely. The bar was terrible though. Charged my room automatically a 10 dollar tip without asking and then they over served another guest. He was being racist and belligerent and they did nothing. As an honors member I won't be returning to the hotel.

The staff was very rude to me. They lied to me and charged me $30 after lying. I don’t care about the money it’s the lying that is an issue for me. If you are looking to stay at a place that is comfortable, the beds are cozy. But the staff, a bunch of hoodlums. I won’t becoming back.

Flatbread was poor choice, very bland and simple for $15 price. Tasted like can sauce on overly toasted bread with very little mozzarella on top, basil was just dried seasoning not fresh leaves also they tried to cut it into pieces but they did not cut all the way through the tougher bread even with a knife. Fries with garlic and Parmigiano was $14. Well cooked fries plenty of parm but lacked the garlic flavor. Seems like main walk way is too narrow and busy being next to 4 elevators. A person in a wheelchair and my stroller for my kid had hard time maneuvering around this area. Liked the hotel but would only return to 401 social for the free drinks of staying at the hotel.

Parking: $45 for someone to park your car around a corner PER NIGHT at the hotel. They also suggest a tip on your valet ticket. Used the phone number to get my car ready and it was a plus. No dents or dings when car returned to me.

Worst customer experience EVER. I left 2 jackets behind in my room. After numerous calls and voicemails finally the manager Argo returned my call. They found one of the jackets. Interestingly not the more expensive AG Jean jacket. I asked to speak to the general manager. Never received a response. Sent a message to the general manager Mike Masri. No response. Amazing to me how a company would want to lose a loyal customer over a jean jacket.
