From front desk to the view and to the breakfast it’s the best experience I’ve had especially from kitchen staff Alisa smith and mykal. Thank you for the Staycation i didn’t know I needed
Alisa Smith at the breakfast was one od the friendliest I have come across for that type of service. Food waa good and ahe waa very attentive. The front desk person was also really nice. Room is comfortable and clean and the hotel is within walking distance to many things. including Bank of America Stadium.
Great experience overall and it was great to have breakfast in the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Alisa Smith!

Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte City Center has clean and updated rooms with amazing views. The location is great, downtown and close to restaurants and bars. The hotel features a fantastic rooftop bar, Nuvelo, and a convenient hotel bar. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. The hotel has a secure atmosphere with a security guard and room key access after a certain time. Breakfast is included, and Wi-Fi is good and reliable, making it a great value for money.
