Went here for lunch during the week with a large work party (13) and was very disappointed with the service and food quality. With the price of lunch entree's being $20+ you'd think the service would be comparable, but it was pretty deplorable. 1 colleague never received her food (Cuban sandwich) after everyone else had been served. Waitress did not seem to be bothered, restaurant had maybe 2 other tables in it at the time. No drink refills, had to request plates for appetizers several times. Another colleague had a burger that made her sick for days. I used to love this place, really wish they cared a little more about service etiquette.

Recently, I had a surprise party for my son here. The food, staff and atmosphere were amazing!!! Everything was delicious. Music was on point. Just be sure if bringing in a cake, you ask about extra fees before the bill comes. Large parties ..20% gratuity added

Love it. Every time I go during off peak hours and the service is always great, I get the outside all to myself ! I have to go back and try the coffee! The waitresses are very nice. Reasonable prices

They should analyze Cuban cuisine more and make their customers know the Cuban flavor and not offer croquettes from boxes from the store. The tail on, it doesn't have candy, the word says it, tail ON. THE CHURROS ARE EXCELLENT AND......if you want to be the first, more than El Puro, lower your prices.The manager is excellent and forgives.

I was looking forward to returning to Havana for the beef empanadas I love the most. We had a simple lunch. The service was super fast, per usual. The restaurant is fairly quiet for lunch and they have a comfortable atmosphere. Always a pleasure to dine here!

Love this place! Good food. Fabulous waitress. New owner much better than previous owner. Live entertainment is happening, no cover charge, no pressure to consume, just a great place to dance and enjoy great food. Entertainers are amazing. Tyrone Marquez is the best of all!
