New to the Charlotte area and was excited to try this restaurant because I heard great things. In turn I waited 25 mins for a cold burger and fries.

This is a hidden gem! The sweet potato tots were perfectly prepared and delicious. The hand made veggie burgers with garlic mayo was also fresh and tasty. The cool A/C was a bonus on a hot summer day.

Angie is fantastic. She makes a burger full of love and she also gave us some fresh onion rings made with love! And the music is amazing as a fun, beautiful atmosphere. The food is delicious worth every penny very reasonably priced. won’t break the budget 🤩😋

My fiancé and I always rate new burger joints we try. We take everything into consideration, burger, buns, fries, drink, aesthetic, and service. This was a solid 7.5! Only change would be the bun, maybe needs toasting? Anyways! We loved it! Great service, great taste, and the atmosphere was great! They even have a covered patio area that has water bowls and tennis balls for your furry friend!

The staff here is friendly and welcoming, and I’ve always had positive interactions with them. However, the burgers consistently taste overly salty, which is disappointing. For now, I’d rate this place 3 out of 5 stars. I might give it another try in 6 months to a year to see if there’s an improvement in the seasoning.

The Ace burger blew me away. Their house made vegetable patty is REALLY good, made with rice and black beans — not some fake meat garbage. Also loved the sweet potato tots.

Tricky review to write as I love the burgers of this place, but the staff NEEDS to be better trained, or switched entirely.

Food is great, burgers were fresh and tasty, fries crispy (a bit too salty for my taste), everything you’d want. But the service is awful.

They take awful long, get orders wrong even thought it was repeated about 3 times, and have this overflowing aura of “I don’t want to be here” that really shows in their lack of professionalism, they don’t even greet you…

Got charged extra for the extra stuff that I asked for, but didn’t get the extra I PAID for, and I only noticed my order was wrong once I was home since it was take out.
Makes coming back kinda tough because I really like the burgers, but if I’m going to be treated like i’m at a McDonalds drive through, I’d rather go to one. It’ll be cheaper too.

The food was amazing; one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The restaurant had games to play while you wait for your food and the bathroom had free toothbrush, toothpaste and sanitary pads for the ladies. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food here is great, but the employees are very rude. I made an online order, went to pick it up & the male employee welcomed me with an attitude. I then had to come back because I was missing something & a lady this time gave me an attitude after SHE messed up my order and handed it to me with an attitude saying “by the way we had already put them in the bag but whatever.” This was on yesterday on Friday around 8pm.
