Not a bad spot for a burger. One person working, so took about 15 mins for me to order, so just kind of stood there. I got an Ace with added bacon. The burger was good. Juicy, good size. The fries were hot and crispy. More like a $10 meal and not $22 but not a bad meal.

I wish I would've taken pictures but in my excitement to try it, I just kept eating. The burger was sooooooo good. Flavorful, juicy and the Comeback sauce was definitely gonna have me come back. I also had the sweet potato tots with the Spicy Dijonnaise which was superb.

Stopped by because it was near an event I went to and had good reviews. Was very disappointed. Got my burger almost immediately, which was great. I was a bit surprised when ordering to find out they don't come with anything like lettuce, tomato, and onion. I'd never been to a burger place that up charges for those, but that's fine. The problem was that when I picked up my burger from the counter, I was told I'd be brought my milkshake. I sat down, ate my burger, and then sat around waiting for about 30 minutes. I finally walked up when I noticed they made other's shakes, had cleaned up all the shake stuff, and weren't making more. Found out they forgot about it. Watch them make a strawberry shake with strawberry Monin syrup, no strawberry ice cream or actual strawberries. Tasted like plastic and ended up throwing away because not even anyone I offered it to at home could stand the taste. Wasted my time and money. Good if you are getting a bruger in and out, but wouldn't recommend the shakes.
good burgers and good fries. it was all very good quality. the sweet potato tots aren’t that good so next time i will just stick to the fries. the parking situation also kinda sucks. but great food! 8/10

When I first found this place it was during my “best burger in Charlotte” search. I tried it once and it was amazing. The 2nd time the burger was great and the fries were room temperature and tasted like they sat around too long. This happened again 3 more times in a row. I stopped going a year ago and decided to give them another try today. Unfortunately same horrible experience. I hope the owner reads this, please don’t hire employees that don’t take pride in making sure they serve fresh food. Absolutely ridiculous to get old fries EVERY time I go. The fries taste like they painted pieces of wood and put them in my bag to break my teeth over.
