You’re already thinking about it if you’re reading this review. Do yourself a favor and come have one of the best meals you’ve ever had here. Our server, Chidi, and the onsite sommelier, Danny, provided one of the most wonderful and authentic restaurant experiences in my lifetime. Thank you all for a wonderful dining experience!

Can’t believe this is the first time I’ve tried this place but definitely will not be the last. The food was amazing, but what really stood out was the spectacular service.
Mary was amazing! Hands-down best server I’ve had in Charlotte in a very long time. I made a point to take note of her name simply to make sure she gets some extra recognition. Very knowledgable about the menu. Also, made sure to take time to explain how dishes were prepared and answer any questions we had (and we had a lot!) We were never in need of anything throughout our dinner. Coming from the service industry, anticipating guests needs is something that stands out to me. Mary could have convinced me she was psychic with her attentiveness.

What an incredible meal! Our server Abigail was so friendly - expertly guided us through the menu. Cam came through with some amazing drinks. Highlights were the hot quail of course, liver toast, the crispy malawach, the pasta special, all the dips, all the breads and many more. Will visit again next time we're through Charlotte. Thank you Team for making our last night in town unforgettable!

Albertine is a must when visiting CLT! The service is outstanding, the food is fantastic, and the ambiance cannot be beat. Memorable dishes: smoked eggplant, chargrilled malawach, spicy quail, & the pistachio sorbet, just to name a few. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We don’t venture uptown often because generally the restaurants are disappointing. However, we are glad we made an exception for Albertine. The decor and vibes were wonderful and so unique without trying too hard or being too trendy. The bar is absolutely gorgeous and I plan to go back and sit at it at some point.
The food was great. The mezze options stole the show. They have so many options and all of the ones we go were so good with the bread they came with. The crispy quail was also wonderful. I was skeptical of the hot honey it came with but it was more of a tangy sauce than sweet. Between the quail and mezze I was full before my entree even came. However, the lamb entree was also very flavorful and delicious.
Our server, Bailey, was wonderful throughout our meal. She explained nearly everything on the menu and there were many things I was not familiar with. Her descriptions helped us pick things we probably would not have selected on our own and they were delicious!
This would be a great place to come with 4-6 people and share a bunch of things, particularly if there are some vegetarians in the group. I’ll definitely be back!

Our server Bailey was tremendous. Informative, engaging, but not overbearing. The ambience is beautiful welcoming with an energetic calm. The food and its Middle Eastern inspirations was delicious. This is a true five star restaurant and likely the best restaurant in Charlotte.

This was our first visit. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I associate these flavors with halal street food and Mediterranean casual cuisine. We tasted the familiar spices but at a high level of precision to match the high-end proteins. The little gems app was possibly the best salad we’ve ever had. We enjoyed the crispy quail, halibut and hanger steak as well. All perfect. The kind of food you talk about for days.
The staff was on point, sharp and professional. And the dining room has the big city vibe that makes you feel cooler than you are.
We will be back for sure.

I recently celebrated my 36th birthday at Angeline, and I can confidently say it was one of the most extraordinary dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. The attention to detail and the warmth of the service were impeccable. Every team member—from the host to our exceptional server, Edgar—made me feel genuinely celebrated. There were thoughtful touches throughout the evening that made it so much more than just a dinner. Whether it was the personalized birthday greeting card, the charming beautifully dim-lit aesthetic, or the warm smiles and well-wishes from the staff, each moment added to the magic of the night. The food, of course, was outstanding. Every dish was crafted with care and flavor, perfectly complemented by a great champagne selection. But what truly set Angeline apart was the heart behind the service. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so genuine and intentional.Thank you, Edgar and Angeline, for turning my birthday into a cherished memory. Your team created something truly special, and I’ll be talking about it for years to come.
