really loved the atmosphere — it feels like a real old-school tavern, warm and relaxed. I had a sandwich with gravy and fries, and it was hearty and delicious. staff were friendly, and the whole place has that “local pub” charm
Came with the family as they were craving Reuben sandwiches. One of us had been here before and mentioned they have the best Reuben in Charlotte. I ended up trying the veggie burger and it was ok - missing a sauce to help bring all the ingredients and flavors together. However, everyone else had the Reuben and the sandwich was very delicious. They really raised the standard of what a Reuben should taste like! You get the option of a side so in between all of us we tried steamed...
My mom and my sister are from Korea. They loved the wings and stragonoff. It was palatable and tasteful. The specials with meatloaf and mash potato and gravy were excellent. The beer was amazing as well!
