My husband and I had dinner at Anjeh's last night; and we were delighted by the warm hospitality of the host/owner, who shared her lovely charisma and brave story about opening the restaurant. I enjoyed the island wings, mac-n-cheese and collards; and my hubby had the salmon cakes. The music and vibe transformed me to another place!
The food was delicious. The oxtail tender and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent as well and they made sure we were well attended to. We were given many recommendations and I loved it all. The drink tasted like juice but it definitely doesn’t feel like juice. The atmosphere was such a vibe with all the songs you know to give an island feel. Thank you Anjeh’s. We will be back.
After searching around for food near by we came across Anjeh’s and decided to give it try after looking at the menu and a few reviews. Thank GOD we did it was delicious. Nice vibe good music and the food was delicious. It gave me authentic cuisine. I and my associate had the Beef patty’s, ribs appetizer and the curry chicken and oxtail meals respectively and it was spot on 5 outta 5. A server/waiter was attentive and informative and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
