Hello I went to Zaxby's location 6340 Sugar Creek rd, Charlotte, NC 28269 on 2/21/2021 between 2:00 pm to 3:00pm. I paid with my debit card THRU THE DRIVE THRU (a african-american girl under 20) took my order. She did not give me my card back or receipt, she just handed me the food and I drove off forgetting my card. By the time I made it home 15 mins later, I started receive texts from Wells Fargo of MULTI charges! I looked for my card and realize the girl did not return it....read full review
I have eaten at this location at least a dozen times over the last two years. Generally, the service has up and down. Most recently, the dinner time crew was great, but the food was absolutely terrible.
My boneless wing and things had a missing boneless wing, undercooked fries with 0 seasoning, and three of the absolute smallest chicken tenders I have ever gotten from Zaxby's. The tenders were cooked well.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant that offers great food and exceptional customer service. The Grill Chicken Cobb salad and new Shrimps are delicious, and the employees are attentive, providing pleasant customer service. The management team is also highly responsive, addressing any issues promptly.
