Ordered 2 for 25. Was told out of broccoli that comes with melted. Offered green bean,onion rings,fries or slaw instead. We were charged extra for the "substitute ". Not told this by waitress. If it was to replace what you didn't have i think this is poor business practice. Will not go back gain

It was a busy day .. and wait was 30-45 min and the food was 20 min behind .. but none of that matters because the service was excellent. Levar was our server and if there was anything wrong as wrong he fix it even though it wasn’t his fault.. and the manger Michelle was even better.. she made she our food was hot and delicious.. and she even let us know it was made from love.. any time they are at work I’m definitely coming back..

I’ve been visiting Applebees’s restaurants for a long time now. The food is usually good and the service is ok. But what I have noticed over the years just like most things our days. The portions have gotten much smaller. So if you’re hungry be prepared to spend about $50 to fill up. The deals on the back of the menu are the best buy, at least you get an appetizer.
