A kind and polite young man named Jaylen took my order this evening.
Jaylen was very professional and displayed amazing customer service. He greeted me with a smile and even asked how my day was going. After I received my order, he thanked me for coming. Although my day had been stressful, my encounter with Jaylen changed that.

It’s impossible for me to believe that places that are known for one thing don’t have that one thing. Your name is Arby’s, you say you have the meats, yet the one time someone wants to eat at your vacant restaurant you don’t have roast beef. Mind you this is at 6:39pm. This isn’t the only restaurant that does this tactic. I just wonder if the owner of this establishment knows what is going on. If they know who’s running their business or in this case costing them money. Just incredible. Good luck Arby’s in Berewick I want waste my time to come back to a place that can’t get the one thing they’re known for right.

I don't think this Arby's is going to make it. It's never busy which I guess should've been a red flag when I decided to try their food. The french dip I ordered to go was cold and the au jus put in the bag upside down so it leaked out and soaked everything in the bag and my car.

If you go inside to order make sure that they see you come in because if you are less then 7 foot tall they will not see you over the wall they built at the register and they will NOT just randomly come over to see if anyone is at the register. Walked out today after standing there for several minutes without even a welcome or can I take your order. Worst design ever.

I communicated to the young lady at the window that my sandwich was cold. Her response was that is how they make all of their sandwiches. She was rude. I asked for the store number so that I could make a formal complaint. I was told to Google it. I asked for her first name so that I could specifically call her out. Every time that I come to this location, store #3145, I am served cold sandwiches and fries that seem to have sat out for a long period of time.

Give Kierra a raise please. So polite and professional. It appeared that there weren’t many people working with her and you can tell she was working hard to make sure everyone got their orders fresh and in a timely manner. Awesome job young lady.

Is never a long line to drive through.The food is always fresh.The service is good.The employees are nice just an all around good drive through experience.I've never ate inside but the dining area always looks clean and they look ready to serve

20 mins to get through the drive thru sandwich meat looks more red than I used to and seems to be bleeding on the bun i didn't know the roast beef came rare saw a guy with a big dog walking out from the restaurant while sitting in the line for drive thru didn't have any service animal vest or anything was jumping all around it didn't think pets were allowed in restaurants. Employees had no hustle they try to charge you for a large combo. Won't be back.

I ordered Arby’s for delivery and when the order arrived, It was incorrect and missing items. The delivery person went back and came back with the exact same bag with the same contents and missing contents were still not in the bag , so I went with the driver to the Arby’s and showed the bag that I received and my receipt and I showed them my order on my phone. I encountered a young black girl that rolled her eyes at me, snickered , laughed and walked away. I said to her, “don’t snicker at me you little brat” and the black man that was there maybe a shift leader said to me, “you better watch your mouth” The white man that was there I presume was the supervisor didn’t say anything and gave me all free food when he redid my entire order. I was extremely disgusted at the way I was treated by the two black individuals, the girl and the shift leader. My whole experience was completely disgusting. Cold food , missing items in my order , the treatment in the restaurant that I received. I have been an Arby’s fan for a long time , my mother and I would go every week, but this experience in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I am visiting a relative, I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment that I received from this restaurant by the little black girl that was working and the black male shift leader, but the white manager was nice to me.
