Stopped to get a vanilla shake in the drive thru. When received it, there was a hair in it looking like from someone’s beard. I went back and went inside to return. Employee did not apologize he just stated he will make another and gave me a new drink. An apology would have been nice for the disgusting matter. They should also be wearing nets for their hair and beards.

Staff at the window were very rude. At 10pm, couldn't get anyone to answer the intercom. The dining room was closed. I waited at the window for 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention while the guys were laughing and chatting in the kitchen.
