It wasn't a pleasuring dealing with the unprofessional, untrained, arrogant and argumentative manager Rachon. He argued with me over an Arby's coupon. Instead of getting me what I ordered, he was too busy arguing and trying to read what I was writing down. When I arrived, I had to wait while he emptied the trash cans before he took my order. Once I asked who his supervisor was, he finally stopped arguing and preceded to get me what I ordered. I did ask for the telephone to reach the district manager, but he claimed not to know it. Usually the food is fresh and hot, but today the fries and sandwich was lukewarm. My visit today was a disappointment.
