I encountered the most GROSS employee EVER. I was coming through the drive thru and He was coughing and not covering his mouth with my bag in his hand. My bag was also sticky and I didn’t order anything sweet or a drink. I should’ve got my money back but his nasty attitude was also in the way. If you see the tall guy with glasses avoid this. I also had to pay for ranch when I had a sandwich. Which was dumb.

Ordered online. Picked up order at drive thru window. I asked the young lady could I swipe my coke for a fruit punch SHE TOLD ME NO. I asked why, it was a mistake and I want a fruit punch instead. She really told me no it will mess their system up!!! What kind of service is she giving me Arby’s?

The food me and my daughter received was terrible I couldn't even eat it I threw it away. The employee was so rude. She didn't even speak. The food was hard and dry I could tell it was sitting under a heat lamp the whole day. I will never go to this location ever again. ARBYS needs to do better.

Manager smoking outside door as you come in and again when we left. Complained about cheese cup being only half full and was told that's how it is now.
I keep seeing posts on Facebook asking who's keeping Arby's open and I have to agree. The food is so mediocre now. The quality of food in these places has gone way down over the years. This location is slow for absolutely no reason.

I just left here and went inside to grab something quick, but they were short staffed. 3 people at dinner time trying to get a busy drivethru handled. What seemed like a new employee came over and took my order. They were struggling to get the orders out quick for the drive thru but a woman working there was doing a great job trying to keep the staff motivated and through the rush. They even messed my order up but it was okay because they apologized and remade it quickly. 5 stars for the motivator pushing them with a great attitude.
