Chef Hannah prepared a lasagna buffet for a workshop I organized on a farm in Charlotte. She was very responsive to my email requests, and the food was delivered on time by a very helpful staff member. Needless to say, the meal was delicious (both meat and veggie options!) and I would highly recommend her!
Chef Hannah made delicious meals for our family on our vacation. We enjoyed a few homemade meals like biscuits and gravy and steak fajitas with a delicious street corn. Our family favorite was a side dish of potato salad - it really is the perfect addition to any picnic style meal. Yum!
My 7 year old son and I have been enjoying the ease that Alternative Chef has brought to packing lunches this school year. The meals are large enough for him and I to share and it takes the guess work out of packing a lunch you feel good about. Knowing there will be a week worth of yummy lunches waiting on my front porch every week is amazing!
