There is an employee there that has a bad attitude and he lets customers know about it. When you say thank you he doesn’t say anything back. He doesn’t smile, and acts as though everything you say is a big hassle for him to grab. The pretzels also tasted like they were out for too long.

Waited in line for the mini pretzel dogs, saw one of the workers at the oven with two trays of mini dogs. They looked pretty done and the one worker was preparing to box them up. Told the gentleman behind the counter I would like to wait for a cup of those. He said we don't have any. When asked about the ones coming out was told oh those aren't going to be ready bc she had to fill all the other stuff first.... Went to the other location and they were out of everything. Disappointed... Customer service could be much better. #AKA don't lie to the customer ??

The food was decent and the prices fair but the employees have zero work ethic. I was sitting nearby and went over to but something when I was told they open at 7:30. It was 7:10 at the time so no big deal, I'll wait. I go back over at 7:30 and I'm standing at the counter and there are three employees and none of them acknowledge me. Finally I saw to the guy closest, "Excuse me, do you sell pretzels to the general public or are these for a special occasion?" And he said, "We don't open till 8” and I Said, "twenty minutes ago I was told you open at 7:30." Later I checked on the Internet and they actually open at 6. So I don't know who manages the place but they're not doing a very good job.

Wow. The Auntie Anne's next to Potbelly, and by Bojangles and Shake Shack in Charlotte airport is the worst. Unbelievable and the staff should be fired. We asked for a pretzel dog and the girls said they had small pretzels only and had to sell those first. My daughter bought some regular pretzel bites. I went back to get a pretzel dog thinking they made some and they told me same thing but asked if they were making any pretzel dogs and she said they were too busy making other things. They were making a pizza and wings. They had opened up a big of frozen TGIFriday wings and we're putting those on a baking sheet next to a pizza they were making bi asked if they sold pizzas there and they said they were just making that for themselves. They are obviously not working for the brand like they should yet are making food for themselves. This needs to be taken care of. Check you cameras from 4:50-5:00 pm on 12/17/23.
