Having kids on counter getting things for free

I have been there maybe 7 8 times since it is really close to my home. The place is a hit or a miss depending on what staff are there, some don't care if your food is cold or hot, some go the extra mile to cook an extra batch right there. So, all in all, customer experience can be better. Food is the same as anywhere else.

I just want to say I’m by far disappointed. I came in there not too long ago and let me start with the gentleman they were calling Rashod (I don’t know the spelling) he is very rude. It took almost 20 minutes for me to be acknowledged. The other employees were on their phones laughing and giggling. The music was inappropriate. So I proceeded to ask the gentlemen Rashad where Ms Ebony was and he laughed and started murmuring disrespect about her. Any time I came she made sure I was welcomed and served in a timely and amazing manner. What has this location came to. I will not be continuing any services here.

This location is unprofessional and not customer friendly. I went here with my young daughters who requested pretzels and the music that was being played after I purchased my food had very explicit language. No greeting or aknowledgement that customers were waiting in line. Buyers beware!

Saque and Francis are awesome! They acknowledged me as soon as I walked up with a smile. Customer service is impeccable at this location. Thank you two for everything, I greatly appreciate you all!

I ordered a sweet almond pretzel. The pretzel was old, it probably was sitting under the lights for hours. It was not soft at all, and to top it off, the entire pretzel was burned (black) on the bottom. I asked for lite cream cheese twice, I received the non lite. My last Sweet almond pretzel I ordered some months ago was made fresh while I waited. I was craving a Auntie Ann's pretzel and was thoroughly disappointed.

Whenever i place an order online, it is never ready. I cant find a person to speak to definitely needs improvements.

As I was standing in line waiting to order I know that one of the young ladies behind the counter was standing there with her gloves on and putting her fingers on her lips and mouth when I got to the counter to order I asked if she mind changing her gloves out.all three of the ladies working there immediately stated giving me attitude and the one that had her hand in her mouth was saying she wasn't touch the food. And rolling her eyes. I just asked for the number to the corporate office. I'm sure she gave me the wrong number. Clearly this is an on doing situations because of the low review scores. Will not go back.

First Off I don’t Live in Charlotte so I drive 20 mins to get here one way and this is the 3rd time I have came and they don’t want to make The Almond Bites and Now There System is down and it’s 12 noonCustomer Service is horrible

Very unprofessional manger was very rude young girl work very immature and talking about inappropriate topics not to forget I waited over 15 mins for my order. And a young female worker dropped pretzels and pick them off the floor with no gloves and placed in the butter tray to be served.
