This place was terrible. We had reservations at 3pm. We sat there waiting for 15 minutes and the place was dead and smelled horrible. I opened my OpenTable app and saw that 8 minutes before 3pm they sent me a message saying they are closed due to inclement weather (no inclement weather at all) . We had already parked at the hotel so had to pay for parking. Will never be back.

Don't understand the need to have a credit card on file before ordering. Seems odd. The view of the sky was obstructed by the tents that were up, which detracted from the effect of the rooftop ambiance.
