I left Charlotte 7 years ago, and the Bagel Bin still has the best bagel I've ever had. They are STACKED and perfect and delicious.

It wasn't bad but the menu wasn't very clear. I have no idea what kind of cream cheese they have. I've had better bagels.

The most apathetic and rudest employees in Ballantyne. Everyone here is having an awful time.

Upon the glowing recommendations of many, I ventured into Bagel Bin II, my heart set on a New York-style bagel experience. Spoiler alert: my taste buds were left in a state of mild bewilderment.Firstly, the bagel. Envision a bagel that’s been daydreaming of being a crouton. That level of dryness. Yet, there’s a plot twist! One side of this enigmatic bagel was generously slathered with cream cheese - a lopsided surprise that brought a semblance of moisture to the otherwise arid terrain. Now, let’s talk about the lox. It was, indeed, present. A respectable amount, not too shabby. The lox was the silent hero of this culinary adventure, trying its best to uplift the spirits of its dry counterpart. The price tag? $11. Not a bank breaker, but for a bagel that’s having an identity crisis, one might pause. It’s the kind of price where you go, “Eh, I’ve paid more for worse.”In conclusion, Bagel Bin II’s bagel and lox is like getting a “C” in a class you thought you’d ace - acceptable, but you can’t help but feel a tad let down. Will I return? Maybe. Will I lower my expectations? Absolutely.

I was honestly disappointed watching workers microwave liquid eggs in pint containers for bacon egg & cheese bagels. That's just flat out cheap and not quality.

Went in on Thursday morning around 9am, not too busy y. This place is a hidden gem in Ballantyne that should be talked about. Bagels were fresh, toasted perfectly & not too expensive. They have a large menu so you can do breakfast or lunch. Will definitely be back to support this local business.

Long line, Longer walt. No prices at all on the wall, no menus to look at while waiting. When you ask questions, they act exasperated. They have a laminated list of their food items on the wall but no prices. All they need is a dry erase marker to change the prices. She said, We don't have that system. Last, I checked a whole pack of dry erase markers is $9. I offered to buy them for them... I really did. They are all tripping each other and everyone here acts like it's their first day. I drove here to support a local business. I normally go to einstein or brueggers for convenience. I'll go to Manhattan bagels next time in ArboretumSo sad because this could be a jewel.

Bagels were fresh but their breakfast sandwiches are overpriced and very little egg and bacon on there. Very disappointed in my bacon, egg and cheese.

Had the Egg Everything bagel with chipotle chicken and jalapeño cream cheese and it was pure bliss with every bite. Me and my coworker come up here a minimum of 3 days a week and it never gets old. This place is consistently good and the staff are awesome.

The Bagels were toasted nicely, and they gave you lots of cream cheese!

Great bagel sandwich today, really hit the spot. I went for the egg everything bagel, double pork roll (or Taylor ham), and egg and American cheese. As you can see by pic it came out full, fresh and hot with cheese just the right level of melted. Really well done. The shop is clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely stop again.

Our company (located in NJ) wanted to send breakfast to someone at a company in Charlotte (NC) so I called Bagel Bin. Stephanie went out of her way to help me out, suggesting what to send, verifying cost, etc. She was extremely friendly, followed up with me and took care of everything on our behalf. We received photos of what the recipient received and everything looked great. If we ever need to do this again I will definitely call Bagel Bin.

Dropped in on Saturday...1st time here. Love to support local businesses. They were busy, seemed to be getting lots of online orders. 5-6 folks behind the counter, but very chaotic. Had people's names recorded incorrectly and a stream of wrong orders....definitely need to streamline the operation.Food: I had a bacon/egg/cheese on Hawaiian bagel...Pretty tasty. Girlfriend had a veggie bagel, but the avocado was bad. Brought it back and they apologized, saying they were running low on avocado and had to use an unripe one....not sure what the thinking was on that.Took about 30 mins to get our 2 bagels
