What a great little spot almost within a neighborhood.I only stopped for coffee - which was great - but the overall vibe not only made me take a photo but also put it on my list of places to try for breakfast/brunch very soon.
This is such a nice, quaint place. The morning staff were very pleasant and very accommodating. Our group had naked waffles, strawberries & banana waffles, and one with lemon. The waffles have a really sugary texture & taste. Not your normal waffles. We liked the atmosphere.

Amazing waffles!! Best batter I have ever tasted. I have an extreme sweet tooth so this was the perfect brunch for me. Quiet and cozy atmosphere. Perfect for my children. Not overstimulating. Great prices. We all had drinks and waffles for under $50 and there were 5 of us. I would come back again.Kid-friendliness: T and the tables are super sturdy for rambunctious kids.
