They have a few little toys set out for kids to play with while you wait. It was very thoughtful and made it super easy to be there with my littles. The food was good too!

Everyone working there is incredibly pleasant and the bagels are delicious!! This will definitely be my go to spot for breakfast when I am in town. Keep it up!

Ordered ahead for my employees. Went in to the place and bagel order was waiting for me at the door! Best part about it was the raving from the staff on how good the bagels were! Real hit. Thank you excited to come back again and again!

Best breakfast in town! Bagels are always fresh, everything's made to order and the service is first class!

This was a last minute decision to stop by and pick up a couple dozen bagels to bring into work. I was greeted quickly. It didn't seem like a dozen bagels were currently available, but when i asked, the owner, I presume, said he could have more ready in about 4 minutes. I purchased the bagels and some varieties of cream cheese. He helped me pick a variety and i could see he was working with a sense of urgency. (Not common nowadays) I appreciated the dedication to good service and the concern for my satisfaction. I felt complex to share my experience! I will definitely come back again.

We know bagels and these are the best we have eaten since leaving New York City more than twenty years ago. The bagels are perfect: not too doughy, full of flavor, the seeds are baked in so they don't fall off all over the place. The tomatoes were fresh and flavorful not mushy and anemic like I've seen at other bagel places. And the staff at this location are so sweet and friendly. Can't wait to come back to Charlotte.
