This was a last minute decision to stop by and pick up a couple dozen bagels to bring into work. I was greeted quickly. It didn't seem like a dozen bagels were currently available, but when i asked, the owner, I presume, said he could have more ready in about 4 minutes. I purchased the bagels and some varieties of cream cheese. He helped me pick a variety and i could see he was working with a sense of urgency. (Not common nowadays) I appreciated the dedication to good...

We know bagels and these are the best we have eaten since leaving New York City more than twenty years ago. The bagels are perfect: not too doughy, full of flavor, the seeds are baked in so they don't fall off all over the place. The tomatoes were fresh and flavorful not mushy and anemic like I've seen at other bagel places. And the staff at this location are so sweet and friendly. Can't wait to come back to Charlotte.
