The customer service was friendly and the burgers were decent; however, I drove 40 minutes to come here because I thought it was a nice eat-in burger restaurant because of the pictures. Well when you walk in, it looks not so pleasant because of renovations. The pictures on Google are not true to how it currently looks.
I ended up getting it to go and left. Despite being a little disappointed, can't wait to see the place in better shape next time.

Still the best burger in town. New look works. Service? Nose dive. Asked for medium burgers got med rare. No tragedy just not what I ordered. When I picked up the order, woman in back window clearly and unapologetically eating while she works. Zero attempt at discretion. My hope is she didn't handle my order. I paid too much and came too far and my brother had his heart set on the cowboy. Might just try the other location.
