As a first time guest I had a pleasant experience in this restaurant. The counter cashier was well trained on how to greet guests and provide positive feedback on the food and menu, not to mention it was her first day on the job. I encountered an issue on my end which the general manager stepped in and provided excellent service and support with a smile on her face.

My favorite burger joint of all time. Would recommend anyone for a gourmet burger in Charlotte. Conveniently next to Common Market. Blake and Tiffany are always both courteous and makes sure customers are well taken care of.

Really good burgers and fries 🍔 It's a pluse that it's halal. You wouldn't even know if they didn't have a sign. There are plenty spots for parking, but it is tight when busy.
