The bao breading is super fluffy and a delight! I wish they had more traditionally flavored options. Not having a spicy one too is such a miss! It feels like they are having to play to a less refined palate. Hoping try the ramen next time! Definitely get the chili crisp. The spicy cucumbers were great! Just no spice at all.

So many choices for dinner in the Optimist Hall! My eye was drawn to the ramen and so this was my decision.
Placing my order with a friendly young lady, my phone buzzed at me a few minutes later and I picked up my meal. A bag containing all the needed parts and I found a seat nearby to assemble. Yes, everything was ready for transport so that it would still be fresh at home so it was even better to have it immediately.
Opening the bowl of noodles and fixings, I poured the broth into the noodles and dug right in. Still hot of course and so much flavor. Mushrooms, fresh sweet corn, al dente noodles. It was beyond excellent. Absolutely delicious and fun to eat!

Knowing that your broth is tasteless and you continue to serve it to people is wild crazy. There’s no way the people that work there eat the food and go “wow this is amazing”. I never write reviews but here I am. I ordered the spicy pork ramen and it had absolutely no taste. There was no add ons or sauce on the menu that could save it. As a real ramen eater I feel like they were playing in the pots and someone stole all the seasonings (this could be a theory) Ha! I was so disappointed because it smelled good but with each bite I cried for help just wishing it had taste. I wasted $20 on this food to throw it away. I went to the empanada place next door which really saved my life.

Unbelievably rude. You work in a glorified food court, the ramen is mid, yet have the audacity to treat paying customers with that level of disrespect? Sorry you had to get off your phone to take my order. Don’t worry, I’ll never bother you again.

Do not recommend spicy pork ramen or any type of ramen. It’s bland and tasteless.

the vegan bao is so DELISH. I added a shoyu egg as a side and it was a perfectly half set egg. Blew my mind. Thank you !
Terrible ramen. Noodles were hard, broth was cold and it needed seasoning. Way too expensive.

The menu was a bit confusing, unless we just misunderstood. My husband thought he was ordering ramen but ended up with the tiniest sandwich, and it was decent but not amazing. We would give it another chance

I recently dined at Bao and Broth, and it was a disappointing experience. The food was not only overpriced but also lacked any discernible flavor. The ramen, in particular, was the worst I've ever had—bland and unremarkable, leaving much to be desired. Overall, the meal fell short in both taste and value, making it a dining experience I won’t be repeating.
