I have lived in Ballantyne for 2 years. Lisa is the store manager. Lisa is always in a bad mood. Lisa has been in a bad mood for two years. She is rude and doesn’t need to work in customer service. Whoever is Lisa’s boss needs to be aware of this. Do not be like Lisa.
We were in there tonight, the server Mack, J appeared high on something. The other gentleman in there with him as well. Both moved extremely slow, eyes were blood shot, couldn’t remember what were saying. Kept asking the same questions over and over like what flavor, how many scoops. Still managed to get the ice cream wrong. It was like he was reading the ice cream flavors backwards on his side of the cooler.
