I went here today and ordered a strawberry shake. The gentleman that made my shake came outside and told me that he made it special for me. He had the biggest smile and he was so kind. I just wanted to make a review to say that the customer service that I received today was amazing, a big shout out to the man that was so very proud of his strawberry milkshake. It made me smile.

It's a shame, this place is inconsistent. They're supposed to close at 9 but they close at 8. This is the worst 31 flavors I've been to since moving to this side of town. They need more maturer adults running this place. Don't attempt to go through the drive thru because most likely your order will be incorrect. They can also be very unprofessional. Please re-train your staff. I think i will be reaching out to corporate.
