Someone should check behind the “supervisor “ she floated on past without a care.

Bought an apple, got on my plane, nobody in middle seat. Great start to an easy flight. Pulled out my apple in a bag, took that first bite and it was brown throughout. A true Greek tragedy.

I wanted to love it, the coffee itself was decent, if you don’t get it with any syrups or flavors. The flavoring weren’t great. The pastry I got was hard and not edible. Still gave it 3 because I will probably be back, if in the airport I would choose his coffee over the other options there

The two employees at the front were not friendly. They didn’t give me my drink, and I ended up leaving without it and without a refund. When I asked the guy about my drink, he just said, “They’re making it,” without even asking what I had ordered.
I think you should consider asking for customers’ names or giving out order numbers — that would help avoid mix-ups. I believe they gave my drink to someone else. The atmosphere was terrible!

Worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had, took one bite and into trash

I'm too poor to go by another sandwich so I'm pretty pissed my breakfast sandwich bread was so tough I could not bite thru the crust. I'm literally crying bc I have no more money to buy anything. Don't risk it folks

Avoid the pre-made sandwiches. The egg is not real egg and it tasted horrible. I took a couple bites before tossing it. I ordered a chai latte but all I could taste was warm milk. Very disappointing when you pay $20 for things you just have to trash.

To preface: I am a BIG Beatrix fan and visit locations in Chicago whenever I’m there. And I have been a fan of the Charlotte location — so I was surprised to see so many negative reviews when I went to check hours this morning. Well, as if they are striving to live up to their negative reviews, the team of one this morning proved to be uninterested in helping visitors — two people in front of me left empty handed after not receiving help. I was looking for their gluten free pastries — the coffee cake like muffin is great — and all I was told is “no” when I asked if any were available.
I recognize that the crowds in and out of restaurant food stalls may not always be kind or polite, unfortunately, but the energy within this stall this morning was low and uninviting — hopefully the team has a better day soon.

Disgusting sandwich. Filling was tasteless and the croissant was stale. $20 for a sandwich and chips and the sandwich was chicken salad, rang up as tuna, which is what I wanted. Nobody to assist. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Charlotte airport terminal B gate 18. You guys should be ashamed…preying on people stuck at the airport with expensive poor quality food at a premium price is not a good experience. I guess having nobody there to assist or provide refunds is a business plan….
EDIT
I found the person assigned to working at that location. She walked me over to her main store and gave me a refund for the bad food. They were polite and apologised for the inconvenience and offered to remake me a fresh sandwich. At least they made it right.

Coffee here is watery & bitter tasting, poor quality. There was one unsavory gentleman working here who was rude to everyone, acting like customers were bothering him/owed him something. I observed him give attitude to the customer in front of me for no reason at all she was sweet, then while I was being helped by a different associate, he butted into our conversation- I had brought my coffee back for a refund because it tasted gross & bitter & I wanted my $7 airport coffee charge back. While his associate was helping me without an issue, the rude one butted into our conversation and said “espresso is bitter, that’s just how it is, you can flavor it though” and rolling his eyes. No one was even talking to him. Then, while the associate was trying to process my refund as we both ignored his previous comments, he butted into our conversation again and said “uh, we can’t do refunds, you’re gonna need a manager for that.” Again, no one was talking to him. He kept butting in with a snippy tone the entire interaction, I couldn’t even hear what the other guy was trying to say to me. Ultimate man-Karen & man-Diva first thing in the morning. Everyone who works here probably knows exactly who I’m talking about because the others were just trying to do their jobs & ignore his obnoxious behavior. Won’t go back here and don’t recommend this place for coffee. Go to Star bucks or Dunkin’ Donuts instead.

I purchased a turkey sandwich with lettuce & tomato on a pretzel bun for $16.00 . The whole bottom roll was inedible due to being totally soggy. This was at the Charleston N.C. airport on the 8th of June, 2025, around 11:30 a.m. Paying that much I really expected better quality! Sincerely, Karen Clevenstine.

This is a self serve snack bar (near c10-20)with a register for you to scan and pay. It has a rather impressive selection of snacks for food allergies. There are options for gluten free, dairy free, and corn free.
You can look at the pics to see some of the specific products which you are probably familiar with if you have allergies.
I was impressed that they have Swoon tea!

If you're looking for something a bit healthier and tastier than the usual airport grub, this place is worth checking out. I was happy to find a fresh Caesar salad and salmon at 7:30 am – only in an airport, right?! The salad was genuinely good, and the salmon hit the spot. Plus, they play nice music and have space to actually sit and eat. The coffee wasn't my favorite, but hey, maybe it's just my taste.
Just a couple of suggestions for the team: it would be super helpful to see the prices on the items in the coolers – made ordering a guessing game! My pictured meal was $26 - salad was $13, salmon was $8, coffee was almost $4 (plus tax). The service was okay, but a little more attentiveness would be nice.
Overall though, I enjoyed having a fresh meal in a relaxed setting, and I'd probably swing by again on a future trip!
