Berrybrook Farm is a great place to shop for vitamins to alkaline water. The associates are very helpful and informative.

Great store

They have a ton of great products but HORRIBLE customer service. I walked in and the young lady with the blue/green hair who worked there looked me directly in my eyes and never acknowledged my presence. As I began to walk around, I ended up in an aisle she was in, again, she didn't acknowledged my presence, but this time she gathered her broom and dust pan and went to another aisle. Not once did she say, Hello? Can I help you find anything? She was completly dismissive. While there were quite a few items I wanted to buy, I wouldnt dare! If you can't acknowledge my presence, you don't deserve my money. I will NEVER return to this store and it's obvious they don't service my demographic!

Never had such a terrible shopping experience. The older woman working behind the counter made it seem as if we were doing her an injustice by asking questions about certain products they carried… definitely need to work on customer service. Would not recommend.

Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly

New here from San Francisco, I sought out true healthfood stores which are a staple in California. Berrybrook rocks and is a 'tiny mighty' old -school style shop (all the way down to that awesome wooden plank floor). As a dental hygienist, they have excellent oral health products for the community. As a 40-year long vegetarian/health nut, they've got it all. Not an abundance of bulk items, but enough to nourish you. I'll be back to try a smoothie or lunch.

Great store but the old woman at the front took my card out of my hand and then sat it on the counter while I had my hand out for it back. It wasn’t necessary for her to take it out my hand in the first place when all I asked was if they had tap.

Staff was attentive and helpful, the smoothies are delicious, and they have the best deal on quality collagen powder in town.

Its always a good visit when I shop at Berrybrook for my health needs the staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sale !
