I have seen this place on Instagram, and I've always wanted to try out the doughnuts. Well, I finally had a chance to stop in, and let me tell you, EVERYTHING was superb! From the customer service to the doughnuts, everything was awesome! That brown butter doughnut is the bomb.com.!!! In addition to the brown butter doughnut, we chose the cookies and cream, sweet potato fritter, classic vanilla, and one with the crumbles on the top (sorry, forgot the name of that one, lol). I KNOW that they will all be just as delicious!!! The doughnuts are light fluffy, it has great texture! They had a good variety of doughnuts! You can't go wrong, lol! The gentleman that helped us gave the best customer service; he was kind, helpful, he explained the doughnuts, made recommendations, and he even let us know that we could call ahead to expedite our order if we ever needed to. He was the ideal person of excellence customer service! The location was easy to find, and there was ample amount of parking! Stop in to support Ms. Jasmine's business, you will enjoy the experience! The brown butter doughnut was the BEST doughnut I ever had, and super fresh!!!

I stopped in right before closing. I needed some donuts for a photo shoot and Marcus was super friendly and helpful. Was in town for a day and wanted to go to a local spot, this place did NOT disappoint. From the moment you walk in you receive excellent customer service , even though we came towards the end of the day the atmosphere was relaxing, fun and just a nice vibe. The donuts themselves were absolutely amazing after one bite I knew I needed to get more, they’re fluffy , delicious and not overly sweet. Will absolutely be coming back, thank you guys for your amazing customer service. Can’t wait to come back go Charlotte !

My family just left the donut shop and as soon as we came home; we devoured because they looked amazing! Even better; they tasted amazing. They are not overly sweet to the point where you can't enjoy- they literally are a perfect pillowy balance. The customer service was beyond amazing as well. The woman behind the counter was very kind to my family. I love the family photos on the wall too! We will definitely be back when craving a pillowy donut! Also the cinnamon roll was so huge and soft! Thank you!
