Such a nice business. The staff was very attentive to our party needs and food service.
Okay so I will be bias in my opinion of this bowling alley,( anywhere I have that much fun, and with family and friends I haven't seen in years definitely gets all my stars). Location was definitely family friendly with something for everyone. Service could have been better, but a busy Saturday night with staff shortage, I absolutely understood the situation. Lucky Strike South Charlotte is a bowling alley in a very convenient location. Reserving a lane in advance is super easy, and the lanes are well maintained. The staff is great, very helpful, and super friendly, making events enjoyable. The food is better than most bowling alleys and a major plus, with reasonable prices. However, some reviews note huge TVs playing nothing but commercials above every lane, which is annoying, and ridiculously priced food that is mid. The bumpers automatically go down if only one person is using them, but the ball takes some time to get to the pins. Overall, the staff makes it worth going back for.
