For the past 3 years I've been on the hunt for the best pizza in NC. Bird's is the best pizza I have had, not just in NC but nation wide. High level pizza, quality indgridents made with care. I visited 4 times and I have been impressed every single time. Hats off to you guys!!

Very disappointed, I’ve been waiting to try this pizza for the better part of a year as everyone has been raving about it. Sadly though , I cannot agree with the hype. I showed up less than ten min. after I received the text that my pie was ready, and it was already cold. The pizza had a good amount of char (which is usually a good sign) but every slice was soggy and floppy. (See attached photo) the center of my pizza somehow was stuck to the parchment paper in the box causing almost every slice to rip in half upon picking them up. I honestly don’t even know what happened, this pizza by every metric was just a mess.. I think the only plus I could give it was the ingredients used seemed quality but it was all lost on the fact that the execution of making a pizza was an utter fail. I give it a 2/10. For an almost 30 dollar pizza this would be a no go for me.

Went for a classic: the cheese pizza and kale Caesar salad. The crust-to-toppings ratio and crust itself were perfect. Absolutely delicious; can’t wait to go back!Vegetarian options: They have a good veggie topping selection as well as vegan pizza!

This food is so good I’m writing this review while I’m still eating it. Get the white pizza with pepperoni. It’s the best food I’ve had in Charlotte and the best pizza I’ve had, ever. The amount of flavor they get in this pizza is crazy. FYI you need to order in advance.

We are literally 30 minutes out from this place but we were super committed to the adventure and an entire drive of rain. Nothing was going to stop me from having amazing pizza! Never been here before but my friend recommended it and since I have not found a great pizza spot in Charlotte, I said what the heck, let's do it. I arrived and got my pie! Seating is outside but covered however with the rain and all we decided to eat in the car. I grabbed my first slice and was absolutely amazed. The pizza was delicious. A great ratio to cheese and sauce. The dough was nice and crisp on the outside but chewy on the inside. I would recommend anyone to stop at this amazing place. Thanks Bird Pizzeria, you made my day!

Twice I've ordered a pizza here.Both times I got a confirmation saying it would be ready in 15 minutes.Both times I showed up and they say it wouldn't be ready for another additional hour.Both times the people working were incredibly rude, wouldn't turn to face me when I was talking so I just talked to their backs.The last time I was there, the guy said "Yo man, you gotta just be confused. We text you when your food is ready. Wait for the text" while refusing to come over and look at my phone showing the message I had received saying my pizza would be ready at that time.They also couldn't find my order and asked for a credit card to pay again and I had to pull up my banking app to show them I paid online.Also their crust tastes like cardboard.

I've been trying to get pizza here forever. They're closed on my days off and I also work in food service. Nice 70f day for 2 pizzas and the the wait was only about 15 minutes around 430pm. Pizzas are crazy good. Definitely the best pizza in the city for me right now, and ive had em all.
