Best pizza in Charlotte. Getting a reservation is very difficult because the restaurant is very small but the atmosphere is great. They allow a few walk ins but we got there at 5:20 on Friday night and there was a small line waiting for walk ins. The Kale Cesar Salad is terrific. I usually skip salads but this one is worth it. I’ve been to Bird Pizzeria in Charlotte three times now, and every single visit has been incredible.
