Great spot, affordable, only downside was the parking, not much of it.

The best bubble tea in town!
They don’t skimp with artificial ingredients but are the real deal. Made from brewed teas and large tapioca pearls, made fresh all day long. They use real cream or milks not powdered mixes. Also they will customize your drink if you ask. I get mine “less sweet” and it’s amazing! I highly recommend this place.

I got some kiwi tea refresher and food with some friends, and we really enjoyed everything! Someone spilled their drink, but the lady at the register was kind enough to give a refill free of charge! I highly recommend this place to people in the area.
