People are so sweet, Tyler is awesome he always greet me with smile whenever i come in.
This Starbucks at Gateway Village in Charlotte has become part of my morning routine for all the right reasons. The team is always friendly, always welcoming, and they make a point to speak when I come in. They know me by name, remember what I like, and consistently make my drinks exactly the way I want them.

Good ambience and attentive staff..although would encourage more training to new staff that’s coming in otherwise no issues!
