I had the most delightful experience at Dunkin’ Donuts on Grahm Street in Charlotte. As a 70-year-old woman, I truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. Devon, the kindest gentleman, provided exceptional customer service that made me feel truly valued. Not only did my order arrive swiftly, but the flavors were absolutely delectable. Staff is really nice. They are trying their best!! I’ll just say this, I went here straight after the dmv….the coffee and food took longer than the dmv? if you’re in a rush perhaps a different location, but they make an effort to fix any order mistakes and are really kind
