I’ve been to this location 4 times now, and the first three visits were underwhelming, but I wasn’t expecting much anyway. It’s just Dunkin. But this visit today was TOO much. I walked in, and the two associates were shouting across the store to each other about pay. Using profanities “one thing about them, they’re gonna [mess] it up!” Talking about how they won’t be coming into work until it’s resolved. As if I weren’t standing directly between them at the counter to order. There wasn’t a line. Just me!After their sixth or seventh exchange, I just left. I was never acknowledged one way or the other. It’s like I was never there.So weird to hear them complaining about their proper pay for work they evidently aren't doing properly.

I waited 20 minutes for just a simple latte on a normal weekend morning (not very busy, two staff) and they forgot my order while they yelled at each pick up driver. I waited in line to get a refund but gave up as it would have taken at least ten more minutes and I didn’t want to incite more yelling. Left without coffee.

This is the trashiest and worst dunkin location I have ever seen. They take forever and always have a line yet never have bagels available because they are simply too lazy to make them. Literally disgusting location with bugs and smells coming from it that cannot be explained. I would rather eat off the ground by the train tracks than give this location business. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This location is horrible on hospitality and service! No one greets you, just looks at you and continues to do what they are doing in the back! I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to serve me! The guy came, however, the way he asked “what can I get for you,” was not friendly at all! Almost felt like I was interrupting him!The second worker, female, came in and went straight to the back, no acknowledgment to the customer (me). Shortly after I arrived a guy came in. No one greeting him, and it took even longer for him to be served, as I waited for another 15 mins for my order!If this place is understaffed, they should close, or make it only for pick up orders. Worst experience ever at a fast food place!

Walking through threw the door this Dunkin on graham street I was greeted with warm welcome by The cashier and her great customer service continued until I left the register to wait for my food and I waited for a very long time only to find out from another lady and a guy that they come regularly but Don’t eat the food when a certain cook is working he walked in minutes later smelling like smoke I believe his name was David After watching him make food with no gloves, and if I’m not mistaken, he didn’t wash his hands i No longer wanted my Food but I took it anyway an threw it in trash as soon as I left the store That really ruined my morning because I had to drive somewhere else and get food Probably won’t be coming back.definitely not??
