The matcha was all foam about half the cup paying almost eight dollars for a coffee/marcha is already pricey, but to not be able to get a full cup of what you paid for is an appalling experience.

Rude and understaffed. Drinks come out fast but god forbid if you order food. After waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich that I ordered on mobile I told the barista “I know you’re busy but do you mind checking on my food order when u have a second” and he was like “you need to go near where the oven is and wait I’m not responsible for food” okay buddy! Lol

Workers are nice, and work as fast as they can given the high volume of orders. This location is almost always out of things though.
Mobile orders ruined this store. The staff cannot keep up with how many orders come in. They're always behind and trying to order anything in person is at least a 30 minute ordeal. It's not the worker's faults.
